MindEd for Families - Information on parenting and supporting young people’s mental health.
Young Minds Parent Helpline - Help, advice and signposting for parents with concerns for their child's mental health. Available by telephone, email or webchat.
Step-by-Step - Free counselling for 11-25 year olds, available by referral for those registered to a GP in Surrey or by self-referral for those registered to a GP in Hampshire.
Youth Counselling Service - Counselling for 12-24 year old with mild to moderate issues living, working or studying within West Surrey and North East Hampshire. It is possible to self-refer to this service.
Guide to CAMHS - A guide to Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) for parents and young people.
Jargon Buster - Simple definitions for key terms around mental health.
