We are pleased to inform you of the launch of Tomlinscote Learning Centre (TLC for short)!
Tomlinscote Learning Centre is the place to go for all help video, sheets and guides as well as tips and tricks for in the classroom, and much, much more. This will be regularly updated, and if there’s any items you’d like to see on there, please get in touch. Some of the site is still in progress, so please bear with us as we finish it off!
There are resources for both iPads and PCs, which hopefully you all find useful. The videos and guides are simple and easy to follow, as well as being viewable from any device with internet access.

Please note – you will need to be signed into your school Google account in order to access this.
If there are any problems with any of the equipment, or you would like to request some help, please do not hesitate to contact IT Support:
- Please raise a ticket on the helpdesk portal – Sign in with Microsoft, and input your normal school email and password.
- From here you can raise new tickets, reply to existing ones and view current network faults and planned maintenance.
- Please only visit the IT office if you cannot raise a ticket due to network or account issues, or have been asked to attend to resolve an issue – this allows us to focus on resolving tickets as much as possible.
Please note that to ensure fairness and maintain the team’s efficiency, we cannot respond to requests for help sent directly to team members’ emails.
