Temporary Covid-19 Measures
If you experience any issues with iPad during the current Covid-19 Coronavirus lockdown, please email the IT Support Team at email@example.com, and let us know, in detail, the issues you are experiencing. This can be anything from damage to the iPad, apps not working correctly or issues with School Managed Apple IDs.
If your issue is regarding accidental damage to iPad, please complete an online Insurance form, with as much detail as you can regarding how the damage occurred. One of the IT Support Team will then be able to contact you with details as to the next steps.
