We are seeking enthusiastic Party Assistants to join our successful Sports Centre, located within Tomlinscote School.
The ideal candidate will be able to relate positively to children, have good verbal communication skills and be comfortable organising and playing an active role in children parties.
This role includes the following responsibilities:
- Setting up equipment for games and activities, as well as cleaning up and tidying after each party.
- Interacting with guests, parents, and children, and responding to queries.
- Planning and coordinating games, ensuring that the party is run safely.
- Explaining, demonstrating, and joining in with games.
The successful candidate will need to work well within a team, as well as independently, ultimately providing a fun experience throughout.
You must be 16 years and over and be available to work on the weekends. Employment will be on a casual basis.
The ideal applicant will have worked in a similar environment before, but no prior experience is necessary and full training will be provided.
